0FISCPER Description not coming properly

Hi Experts,

In our project we are using V3 variant where January 2014 month  is equals to  010.2013 period .

Month              Period

feb 2014          011.2013

Mar 2014         012.2013

Apr 2014          001.2014

..                        ....

While running Query , when I putting  Fiscal Period   = 010.2013  its description showing  Jan 2013 instead of Jan 2014 .

when I checked 0FISCPER  infobjects  Text  table (T009C) where I can see they have maintained for period 010 - description is  Jan

I am unable to understand how year comes in description .

Kindly suggest .
