To maintain query output in OLAP CACHE

hi experts,

I've a query and i want to maintain that query output in OLAP CACHE memory, so that whenever user execute that report that should be get the results from OLAP CACHE. to that how to make that option for that query to make time spent on Database  must be '0'. when execute the report

please explain me step by step process
