Qm requirement

dear experts,

               i got requirement in quality management where  for each material they want deffect percentage for actaul lot quantity.

for this i used standard cubes 0qm_c11 and 0qm_c04  generel data cantains code master charectaristic  and c11 cantains quantity

i created a multi provider on top of this two cubesbased on assigning material and plant but when i want see the quantity code wise i am unable to get the data

NOW FOR FIRST COLUMN based on some deffect type ie on master charectaristic and with code 2nd column is also with deffrent deffect type and different code and third column also with different restriction on deflect type and code

can you please tell me how to achive this requirement i am totally confused
