By adding a structure to report, I am getting an ABAP dump

Please help with following

By executing a detailed report, no any issues is found.

While adding a structure, I am getting to ABAP damp (attached) which indicated an error while generating a dataprovider.

More detailed –

Program RSR_BAD_CODING for query ZCWQ_CMDRM2BC1_DRMII_DET_L_V1 could not be generated without errors. More detaile information about the cause of the error cannot be provided

Can you please give a hint, where I could check which limitations exist on adding a structure to reporting?

Or what can be a cause of such ABAP damp?
