We have installed a separate server for the precalculation functionality with Windows Server 2003 SP2 as operating system , Excel 2007, SAPGUI (7100.3.12.1042) & BI Fontend 7.10 (package 8 patch 1).
We have also installed the precalculation services but I don't know the version.
The configuration of this precalculation server is ok in BW (green light) ...
- When I do a test with the RSPRECADMIN, the attached file XLS is empty and I see in the workbooks list only the 3.5 workbooks and not the BI 7 workbooks.
- When I schedule a workbook from Analyzer, the execution is done (because I see the last execution date in the broadcasting scheduler) but it does nothing (no mail is sent and I see nothing by SOST transaction).
Could you please help us to solve this problem ...
How I can see the version of the precalculation services and which version must be installed related the operating system and Excel 2007...
