Unwanted Sales document on BEx Report

Hi gurus,

I have a weird situation on Sales report. My issue is on the records which the document is first issued as status: "Sales(F2)" which afterwards turned into

a reverse transaction. The report has only data which document type is F2. However, based on KFKSTO the documents are not carried up to cube side if it has the value 'X'. This is a control at the transformation(via ABAP code).

The display is how it is shown on attached jpg.

I wonder why it is not working?

PS. This only happens when document is being cancelled in other words on ECC side when KFKSTO turns into 'X' from ''.

I would kindly request your comments please.
